Microsoft Appoints ePartners to Several Parttner Product and Non-product Advisory Councils

Largest Global Partner for Microsoft Business Solutions to provide input on products and strategies

p>(Dallas, TX – April 27, 2004) ePartners, one of the world’s leading Microsoft Business Solutions providers and information technology services organizations with twenty-one offices in North America and London, announces today its involvement in a number of critical Microsoft Partner Advisory Councils (PACs). The Microsoft PACs seek to influence and shape Microsoft’s approach to delivering highly differentiated business solutions to its customers, while at the same time tuning product and channel strategies.

ePartners has been appointed to the United States PAC, Global PAC, Microsoft Customer Relationship Management PAC and Retail Management Systems PAC.

“We are extremely honored and excited to serve on Microsoft’s Partner Advisory Councils,” says Dan Duffy, chief executive officer of ePartners. “As a leading global provider of Microsoft-based business solutions, we are confident that the feedback from our clients, as well as our own expertise, will make a significant contribution to Microsoft’s products and business strategies. “

Microsoft is turning to ePartners for critical client and partner centric input into its strategies and business priorities and for assistance with its efforts designed to connect current market issues and opportunities with product development and support.

“ePartners is one of the most experienced thought leaders in our channel,” stated Susanne Berndt-Radley, General Manager of Microsoft Business Solutions partners. “Because of their innovative approach centered on Client Service Delivery Excellence (CSDE) and the ePartners Envisioned Solutions framework as well as their experience dealing with our solutions in customer environments, we are pleased to have their participation in and influence on the important work of the various PAC organizations.”

This opportunity provides ePartners the opportunity to provide feedback on products in beta, as well as learn about new solutions in advance of their release. “Our continuing participation in these councils benefits our clients.” says Duffy. “Not only do we gain early insight into product and product roadmaps directly from Microsoft, but we are also able to take the business requirements from our clients and address them directly with Microsoft, resulting in a superior customer experience.”
